8. Lifetime Free Sediment Filter Program
Where a product is eligible for Water Analytics Australia’s Lifetime Free Sediment Filter program, the program is subject to the specific eligibility criteria, servicing requirements, exclusions and conditions communicated to the customer.
Any such program operates in addition to, and does not replace, rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
9. Payment Plans
Eligible customers may have access to payment-plan options, including plans promoted for up to 36 months.
Payment plans are subject to approval, availability, location, applicable provider terms and any other conditions disclosed at the time of application.
Approval is not guaranteed.
Where finance or payment services are provided by a third party, the customer’s agreement with that provider may be governed by separate terms and conditions.
10. Pricing and Payments
Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed or quoted are in Australian dollars.
The final price payable may depend on the selected system, configuration, installation requirements, optional components and other services.
Where applicable, GST and other charges will be disclosed as required.
Water Analytics Australia reserves the right to correct genuine pricing or typographical errors before accepting an order.
11. Consumer Guarantees
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Australian consumers automatically receive consumer guarantees when purchasing eligible goods and services. These rights cannot be removed by business terms or warranty conditions.
